For more than two decades, Merlot has been a star grape with Washington winemakers, and while Cabernet Sauvignon has overtaken Merlot in acreage and importance with consumers, the supple red wine remains a dominant grape.

It has been decided because we have Coach House Cellars Tasting Room now apart of the Rustic Coffee + Wine Bar that we needed a new look the promotes both sides of our Bar both the morning and the night as well as a more “rustic” appearance for our namesake. The new logo incorporates the energy of overlapping circles which represent the SWIRL, SIP + SAVOR of both our locally roasted coffee and our local wine.

Coach House Cellars is happy to announce that we have completed our 2014 bottling. We bottled Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and our new wine Garage a red wine blend. We were fortunate to have a group of volunteers help us with our bottling and even our local Bellingham Herald was on site to watch the production. We source our exceptional beans farm-direct from the coffee producing region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala.
