New Logo and Branding for the Rustic

It has been decided because we have Coach House Cellars Tasting Room now apart of the Rustic Coffee + Wine Bar that we needed a new look the promotes both sides of our Bar both the morning and the night as well as a more “rustic” appearance for our namesake.  The new logo incorporates the energy of overlapping circles which represent the SWIRL, SIP + SAVOR of both our locally roasted coffee and our local wine.

Come in and check out our new look!  We hope to have it completed by October 2015

CHC Wine Bottling

Coach House Cellars is happy to announce that we have completed our 2014 bottling.  We bottled Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and our new wine Garage a red wine blend.  We were fortunate to have a group of volunteers help us with our bottling and even our local Bellingham Herald was on site to watch the production.  They wrote up a nice article and we have provided the links for them here:

Coffee Roasting

We love coffee, its what we do and so it’s only natural that we want to provide Bellingham with the best roasted coffee in town.  We have been working with a local roaster to create the perfect blend of Coffee’s for the Rustic.  We source our exceptional beans farm-direct from the coffee producing region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala.
